The cabin was cleaned twice daily with chocolates on the pillows on nights one and two only. There was a substantial amount of rust on the balcony and visible on many of the balcony supports above us and visible from windows in the Oceanview cafe. I asked how I can prevent being charged erroneously in the future, and the Celebrity rep suggested having my room steward come take an inventory of our fridge before we leave the room.
